Hi.
My name is Katharina.
As a teacher working in special education, I more often than not came across the importance of boundaries, needs, individuality and freedom - themes everyone is concerned with and more so has to find a way with. Through my work with children - mostly boys - amongst other things being hurt or mistreated by unhealthy femininity, I moreover felt challenged to find my truth of being a woman and to figure out what that actually means to me.
This search and deep yearning to truly find myself within a profession as well as in my life has brought me to several realizations and has given me the courage to make changes.
I began to study the idea of feminine being years ago and I see and sense the need of healthy feminine qualities in the world increasing. Women themselves especially being drawn to finally giving in. Giving in to finding peace within. Setting themselves free, finding their way back home to their inner wisdom.
Bringing together the deep desire to soften, feeling at ease, being fully emerged in one’s rhythm and the demands as well as endless to-do lists of external systems can feel quiet challenging or even impossible at times.
This particularly accounts for women in social or nursing professions as well as mothers who try to built a family life. But also living on your own and not having to constantly deal with the needs and emotions of others can spark the wish to truly understand yourself and wanting to live from a place that feels aligned and true.
So,
I’ve decided to share what has helped me.
Just like every women I got guidance from has done as well.
Everything I’ve learned and know - also know on a deeper level - will find its way to this page and into my counseling.
None of us is the same and therefore every single one carries a unique pattern, a way of sensing and articulating that might just be exactly right for another one.
May we find each other, may we hold each other and lift each other up.
With love,
Katharina
